The main missions

• Participate in the evolution of the global IT Tool dedicated to internal program order management and controlling flows
  • Handle new requests for changes from application owner, Key-users and user community
  • Simplification of the management of issues and follow-up on the same
  • Propose enhancements to continuously improve user-friendly interface
  • Support implementation of reporting and billing practice in the application
• Enhance existing tool development by identifying, documenting and tracking software defects in close cooperation with the responsible software developer
  • Testing on new solutions and against available functional specification
  • As part of responsibilities, provide support on technical specification, training and test plan documentation
  • Use UML for data and process modelling
• Manage the written communication and documentation (specifications, news, training material, ...)
• Support the international user community related to application data in programs and finance
• Further tasks could be trusted to the jobholder depending on his/her abilities and implication.

VIE will begin as soon as possible for 12 months.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have/be: Master's degree in Information Technology,
• Team player with extended communication skills and international mindset
• Information System background
• Background on established development tools, guidelines and conventions including ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript and C# is a real plus
• IT application development methodology background
• Result oriented
• Fluent in English (a second language is a plus)
• Ideally a first experience in Project Management within an international environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office
