Missions

Continuous Improvement Plant and Productivity Engineer role :

• Support management team to achieve P&L budget by analysis of the current situation then selecting and implementing the right FES (Faurecia Excellence System) tool/system/activities.
• Focus on labor cost achievement
• Support the Management team in deployement of FES methodologies through active participation on the Shopfloor, training and coaching of Plant employees.
• Transfer knowledge and experience to Plant Personnel through shopfloor improvement activities.
• FES Principles and Standards: Managers ensure the correct daily usage of the FES standards; FES Specialists ensure FES standards are used.

Business Group Standardization role - in collaboration with Bussiness group Senior specialist :

• Implement, test, validate benchmark solution. Write standard, procedure, recommendation to be applied wordwide.
• Write guideline for new workshop/shop floor activities based on new knowledge or need.
• Ensure worldwide best pratices collection (as example autoeject , change over tools…..
• Animate FES Business Group shareplace

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering, with passion for the lean manufacturing
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
• Autonomous
• Minimum bilingual (English mandatory)
