The main missions

• Assist with the definition, identification and creation of project plans
• Perform offline/in-line testing of Robots trajectory with Silma X4 & Metrolog X4 i-Robot for collision detection. Debug the 3D Scan robot trajectories & analysis program for effective results
• Support Clientteam for in-line validation of 3D Scan programs in respective plants
• Prepare Initial process study reports, provide training, offline & maintenance support to Client team
• Report KPIs of work assigned, root causes of failures in a timely fashion, prepare and share the lesson learned

Profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in Automotive industry with on hand experience on CAD Modeling (using CATIA) is appreciated
• Preferred candidates with the knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or Optical Measurement programming (using Metrolog X4 i-Robot)
• Knowledge on Geometric Dimension & Tolerances (GD&T) & Datum System
• Ability to solve problems using problem solving methods
• Experience in Six Sigma will be a real plus
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
