Tasks
Within EADS General Procurement (EGP), you will perform strategic procurement activities within the Travel Sub-Commodity, with a transnational and transdivisional approach taking into account the European EADS perimeter.
In particular, you will be accountable for implementing an EADS solution for Business Jets for the main EADS locations in Europe.
- Define the procurement strategy
- Support the Call for Tender
- Validate requirements through key users and Travel MDT
- Align scope with EADS divisions
- Manage internal communications with project stakeholders
- Lead the CFT process and negotiations with suppliers
- Analyse and review suppliers proposals and prepare Selection Reports
- Support implementations and internal communications
On top, you will also be accountable for implementing Travel Service Agreements with EADS non-EGP entities.
- Consolidate exchanges and support communication with non-EGP entities
- Align communications with internal project stakeholders
- Manage project progress and provide reporting
- Monitor Travel Services Agreement signature
- Liaise with finance to control invoice issuing and payment
- Manage reviews with non-EGP entities
Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Procurement, especially in Procurement contracts
- Excellent negotiation and strong business analytical skills (business case studies, financial KPI, ...)
- Good (project) leadership and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a team and to motivate others
- Strong adherence to ethics & compliance
- Customer focused and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- English: fluent / negotiation level, fluency in another EADS language (German, French & Spanish) is an advantage
