V.I.E. Services Finance control transformation programme, Munich

For Astrium Services in Munich within the department Finance & Control we are looking for a VIE - Astrium Services Finance & Control Transformation Programme (f/m).

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

Programme Management Office (PMO) Support:

• Support with administrative tasks (e.g. meeting scheduling, preparation of meetings minutes)
• Responsible for keeping programme documentation database up to date
• Support with monitoring the programme progress
• Support with preparation of monthly steering committee presentations

Other tasks relating to Astrium Services Risk Management & Finance Integration department:

• Support with preparation of Astrium Services quarterly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) report
• PMO Support for ERM Compliance Process (annual ERM self-assessment)
• Support with the maintenance of process documentation / guidelines, in compliance with group requirements

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling or Economics
• Professional experience in Finance or Project Management: Less than 3 years
• Practical & entrepreneurial mindset
• Service focused & added value oriented
• Methodic & ability to analyse complex business processes
• Experience in Audit / Strong financial background in terms of processes and internal controls would be appreciated
• Proficient in MS Office
• Intercultural sensitivity

• English: Negotiation level
