V.I.E. Sales assistant, Munich

Our Seating Division is looking for a Sales Assistant under VIE contract for its Customer Office at München (Germany).

Tasks:

• The role of a Sales Assistant is to support the Sales Engineers in negociations, establishing sales reporting and documentation.
• The VIE intern will join meetings with all internal functions and be responsible to get together necessary information for negotiations.
• He/She will also bring information condensed in customer orientated format and edit Sales Reporting on weekly and monthly basis to highlight key performance factors so they are standardized and simplified.

• This VIE assignment will be for a period of 6 to 12 months. It will begin as soon as possible but the recruitment process can take up to 2 months due to administrative steps.

Profile:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Student with engineering or/and economical back ground with a specialisation in Sales
• Results orientated with strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed organisation
• International mind set, strong analytical skills
• Minimim bi-lingual (English required, some German a plus)
