V.I.E. Project leader for methods and tools harmonization, Hamburg

Tasks

Main tasks will be as following:

Management of the project:

• Set up and organize the project
• Monitor and follow-up the progress including risk management
• Lead / support the Q6 implementation:
• Establish the agreed requirements with all the stakeholders
• Deliver the harmonization with the accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of progress
• Manage processes and services definition
• Drive their deployment (processes, methods, and/or tools)

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• First experience in project and process management i.e. LEAN production
• Knowledge in production management
• English and German fluent is mandatory
• Previous experience in working abroad appreciated
• Good communication skills
