Your tasks

• Optimization of synergies between R&D centres in the field of raw materials for bonding and extrusion systems
• Close cooperation within the group as well as with external and industrial partners
• Development of new technical solutions for new requirements of internal and external customers
• Preparation of technical and organizational reports
• Selection of suitable surface pretreatment processes before carrying out adhesion tests
• R&D project management in the form of support and responsibility for interdisciplinary work packages
• Coordination of the production of prototypes and demonstrators
• Validation of adhesive solutions

Your profile

• University degree, preferably with focus on engineering or natural science (M.Sc./Eng.)
• Experience in surface and bonding technologies desirable
• High sense of responsibility
• Independent, passionate and motivated team player
• Good communication skills
• Analytical, structured and innovative way of working and thinking
• Experienced handling of the MS-Office package
• Good command of spoken and written English, German is a plus
