The Hamburg office, created in 2003, specializes in the aeronautics and spatial industries.
In the context of its development, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter, reporting to the Recruitment Manager.

Tasks

This position incorporates five axes:

• The definition of recruitment needs with operational managers
• Candidate sourcing
• Candidate selection and interviews
• Candidate follow-up and reporting of the activity
• Participation to weekly meeting (HR and operational)

Finally you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of HR projects.
Master degree is required, as well as an experience in recruitment. To succeed in this position, you need to be able to work independently, to have interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service, as well as a good level of English and German.
