V.I.E. Human Resources Business Partner, Hamburg

Mission

In this role you will support the operational Human Resources Department on various projects & topics, such as:

• Support HRBPs in their daily work
• Support the senior HRBP at a local and transnational level for the preparation and coordination of HR processes: performance and income review, development conferences
• Perform studies & provide analysis on different HR topics
• Support the deployment of HR processes towards the business and bring support for all related HR topics to the HR Business
• partner: recruitment, career development, mobility, review of working time and payroll
• Support the HRBPs on different projects and events such as recruitment events, talents days, workshops, etc.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• First work experience in Human Ressource Management
• Reliability and structured way of working
• Very good integration and networking skills
• Ability to work in an autonomous way and in a transnational context
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• SAP / BI skills would be a plus
• Fluency in English and good German language skills
