In order to build on the success of the "Volontariat international en entreprise" (VIE) programme we are looking for volunteers in the field of technology and R&D consulting at ALTRAN in Germany for a period of approximately 12 months (negotiable).

Your roles and responsibilities

As a Consultant on the VIE programme you will work in a project team and support our clients in solving a technology challenge. Depending on your academic background and practical experience your assignment will involve a variety of project stages: technical/strategic studies, research and development and/or implementation. During your time on the VIE programme you will have the opportunity to work in a number of different projects and will be able to gather valuable experience in an international context.

Your profile

• You have successfully gained your Master, university diploma or equivalent and you have initial experience in technical projects or in the field of consulting.
• Experience in the field of electronics, telecommunications, bus systems or embedded electronics would be an advantage.

At best you should also be familiar with the following technologies:

• MOST bus
• CAN technology
• Test automation
• On-board diagnostics

It is really important that you are proficient in ENGLISH and that you dispose of good GERMAN language skills.
