V.I.E. Development Engineer (m/f) Digital Imaging / Simulation, Herzogenrath

Your tasks

• Development of mathematical procedures/methods and transformation into software for
• applications in automotive glazing
• Rendering of physical realistic images with the help of Head-Up Display (HUD) in cars,
• Virtual Reality/ Digital Imaging and optical simulations
• Working on international Research & Development (R&D) projects
• Support of technicians to work with the corresponding software

Your profile

• University degree, preferably with focus on mechanical engineering or physics (M.Sc./Eng.)
• or comparable study
• Good understanding of technical and physical interrelations
• Very good knowledge in various programming languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
• Knowledge in web-technology and good skills in LINUX
• Experience with 3D-CAD, CATIA preferable
• Passionate and motivated team player and good communication skills
• Independent and well-structured way of work, distinctive analytic thinking
• Very good command of English and French / German is a plus
