Tasks

• Underwrite new and renewal accounts to meet financial targets.
  
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and participation with brokers.
• Adhere to Natural Resources governance framework and ensure contract certainty.
  
• Create and maintain positive relationships with key producers clients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate policy documentation and file maintenance.
  
• Support business acquisition and retention efforts, including client and broker negotiations.

Profile

• Proven track record in profitable business underwriting within the line of Business (LoB).
  
• Demonstrated relationships with brokers at peer group level.
  
• Robust understanding of LoB products and portfolio.
  
• Familiarity with regional and local LoB insurance markets and competitors.
  
• Knowledgeable about legal and regulatory frameworks.
  
• Strong communication skills in English. Fluent French skills are a plus.
• Experience navigating complex, global matrix organisations.
  
• Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
