The main responsibilities of the training plan & Sales development leader

Act as business partner toward our internal customers (Engineering, CBU, Quality,) in order to develop the training activity:

  • Get a good understanding of the training needs of each customer
  • Regular meetings on training status, preparation and minutes
  • Propose training plan in line with the customer needs
  • Build strong partnership with your internal customers
  • Monitor the level of customer satisfaction on regular basis,or after each significant step
  • Promote the Technology Academy training offer to the customers.

  • Provide feedback to the Technology Academy central team to make the training offer evolve in coherence with the customer’s needs.

  • Follow up of the training sales: monthly results analysis and action plan on the training delivery with our internal customers in all regions

  • Plan and organize the training sessions by working closely and effectively with our local HR located worldwide, and maintain a long-term relationship with them

  • Use our learning management system to coordinate the session plan and the reporting

  • Manage the monthly invoicing with R&D controlling

Profile

  • Business Master Degree or Engineering Degree with a willingness to develop a career path in business
  • At ease with IT tools and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • English is mandatory.
  • Results oriented, customer orientation and team player
  • Positive attitude and well-organized
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team, in a global organization
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • International mindset
