Du suchst

• Function as a technical expert on all aspects of software quality assurance.
• Establishing the test with the software development and delivery processes.
• Support of the strategy and the "way forwards" within the IT area through expansion, implementation and further development of test management, test organization and the test process.
• Contact for the test managers, test analysts, test data managers and test automation engineers (e.g. reviews of test concepts and test cases, recommendations for test execution, automated regression tests, ...).
• Participation in the change and release management process.
• De-escalation in critical situations.

Du hast

• At least 3 years experience as a test analyst in the field of software quality assurance
• At least 1 year experience in QA Automation tools like Tosca etc.
• Experience in developing processes to improve processes within IT QA
• Creation of management reports as well as test strategies, test manuals and test concepts
• Very good communication skills with business users, testers and software developers as well as management positions
• Independent and structured way of working
• Knowledge of the evaluation of results and the optimizations to be derived from them
• Confident, convincing demeanor and assertiveness
