The missions

• Coordinate a worldwide network to reach training objectives
• Identify training needs based on the expertise and skills areas to be developed
• Ensure the development of new training modules and their continuous improvement worldwide
• Investigate, propose and develop the most appropriate teaching tools and methods
• Identify and validate internal trainers
• May act as a trainer for trainings linked with his expertise domain
• Ensure profitability of the Engineering Academy with the aim of a neutral or positive P&L
• Beyond these above missions, the Technology Academy team leader will also aim at staying the internal benchmark academy and developping partnerships with other entities to foster the transformation towards a learning organization.
