To support our sales organization at Calvatis SAS we are looking for a Team Leader Production Chemical Industry (m/f/d) in full-time

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and schedule production, organize raw and packaging materials: stock management
• Personnel responsibility: lead the production team
• Create a safe working environment and follow Calvatis safety standards.
• Creation, processing, maintenance, and control of production & quality relevant documents
• Maintain the plant equipment in cooperation with third party companies and in alignment with the production plant in Germany
• Create a yearly budget proposal for investments and maintenance.

Personal profile

• Professional experience in a comparable position desirable, ideally in the chemical environment or in the production area
• Completed chemical or technical training
• Further qualification (e.g. state-certified technician or (m/f/d)) or junior engineer attracted by field job an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Independent, precise and structured way of working with a strong ability to prioritize
