Description of the job

A vacancy for a A400M/C160 Team Coordinator/Facilitator (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join “MRO C-160/ A400M”.

Compensation level: Compensation Level 10, if job requirements are met // Published until: 11.04.2017

Tasks & accountabilities

  • Drive Lean and Cultural Change Implementation.
  • Coordinating and supporting different MRO departments.
  • Drive specific Problem solving/improvement activities
  • Diagnose Problems, identify wastes and opportunities for improvements within his/her Perimeter through objective
  • assessments and based on the Go-Look-See principle
  • Lead or Support the streamlining of processes
  • Lead or Support Change Events / Projects implementation, selecting the most relevant methodologies and Tools
  • Provide facilitation and Coaching on Lean to operational and functional Teams
  • Challenge the Status quo improving costs, Quality and Engagement.
  • Train and Coach Managers in their area of responsibility and all Levels below
  • Coach/facilitate Workshops
  • Benchmarking and sharing best practices within the Lean Community
  • Influencing and communicating to affected Managers and employees
  • Participation in the development and continuous improvement of Lean Tools and methodologies
  • Lean Training
  • This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

  • Educated to a Bachelor or Master degree level in General Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
  • broad experience in Information Systems
  • experience in Manufacturing, Quality and Project management
  • knowledge of different plants
  • Lean Knowledge (Green/Black Belt) desirable
  • Coaching/Improvement
  • Communication and influence
  • Flexibility
  • High Level of Team Spirit and toughness
  • High Level of autonomy
  • very good German language skills, English on Negotiation level
  • very good French language skills and fluent in Spanish would be an advantage
