The main missions

• Deployment of the annual performance appraisal process, inform and support managers and employees, monitor the process, make analyses
• Support the people review and succession planning processes
• Monitor Individual Developments Plans
• Support our plants by implementing standardised group processes
• Coordinate and support recruitment of young graduated talents
• Work with the HR Management Systems, update and analyse data
• This work experience is an exciting opportunity to discover the reality of Talent Management in an international and changing environment.

Profile

• Master’s degree student in Human Resources
• Strong communication, organizing and planning skills
• Energy & passionate working style
• Analytical mind-set
• International mind-set
• Fluent in English and knowledge of another language (German or French…)
• A previous internship in Plant Human Resources (recruitment, training…) is a plus
