Tasks

Act as the FHS Operations focal point for sales campaigns:

  • Ensure offers released to customers are in line with FHS industrial set-up
  • Represent FHS operations in the industrial deviation meeting
  • Coordinates FHS operations during pre-sales activities
  • Be responsible for the logistic cost base modelling
  • Maintain logistic cost base (warehouse, transport, customs) in line with FHS industrial set-up (active pools, contracted transport lines, repair network per aircraft program)
  • Provide the logistic cost base to support sales campaign business cases

Report on sales campaigns within Operations team:

  • Provide weekly update to FHS operations team
  • Elaborate periodic reports to highlight major campaigns and upcoming workload for operations teams
  • Continuous improvement
  • Define industrial transformation set-up with associated roadmaps and processes
  • Support change management in transformation projects
  • Coordinate industrial projects (i.e Cyrus, Scrap,...)

Profile

  • Master or equivalent degree in Aeronautics, Project Management or Logistics
  • Over 5 years’ experience in supply chain and project management in an industrial environment
  • Change management and transformation
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance
  • Team player, self-motivated, able to synthesise information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Skywise)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good level of English (spoken and written)
