Supply Chain Planning Manager (m/f/d), Fulda

Your Mission

• Ensure short and mid term production planning execution
• Build mid and long term capacity outlook scenario’s for strategic decision making
• Align with the central supply chain team planning on capacity situation to best serve our customers
• Deliver a high customer service level to our business units and sister supply points
• Manage and coordinate changes in the product portfolio (new semi-finished products or finished products) with internal stakeholders to secure supply and minimize write-off costs
• Lead a team of 5-7 people
• Drive strategic projects with internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field
• More than 6 years of work experience in Supply Chain functions
• Proven experience in Project Management and ability to solve problems in a complex environment
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality
• Highly analytical and data driven
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional international communities
• Excellent command of Excel and good knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in English and good command of German
