Ihre Aufgaben

As Strategic Programs Manager you are directly reporting to our VP Strategy & Venture Architecture and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Design and conduct robust quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform key business decisions
• Drive business model innovation involving product owners and development, UX and business operations
• Identify and tackle key initiatives that will bring the strategic agenda of SAST forward
• Prepare and deliver presentations and plans for the CEO, management team and broader leadership
• Project management office support

• Personality: You are characterized as a person with strong problem-solving skills and team-first orientation. You like working in a startup environment and enjoy shaping structures and processes. You are an all-rounder with interest in complex and technical matters that can take over responsibility for various topics.
• Work practice: Your working style can be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive, results-oriented, analytical and well-structured. You are comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, IoT, Finance or equivalent.
• Know-How: You have strong organizational and project management skills. You have very good knowledge of PowerPoint including slide writing experience, and strong written communication skills.
• Languages: Excellent English skills are required
• Education: Master's degree in Business or equivalent area
