Your Role

  • Through in depth market and competition knowledge, you will lead growth initiative projects selected by Lab Water leadership team to drive sustainable growth. You act as a contributor to amend Lab Water Solutions strategy and adjust current model to external market trends and successfully coordinate execution with relevant stakeholders within the organization. Then, you closely collaborate with Market Insight & Big Data group to support strategic decisions.
  • You act as marketing counterpart for R&D Innovation project for early market needs assessment, from idea to concept. You ensure that the voice of customer and EHS considerations are appropriately considered. You assess Customer Segment Marketing approach opportunities for our business, implement associated plan of action as appropriate to accelerate our business growth. You build strong strategic partnership with KOL WW. You represent Lab Water Marketing Organization in key regulatory bodies, in close collaboration with our R&D expert. You build LW Strategic Marketing and Product Development scorecard.
  • You will report to Head of Strategic Marketing & Product Development of our Lab Water Business Field. Position based in our Global Headquarter for Lab Water Solutions in Guyancourt (Paris area, France). International travel around 10% of time.

Profile

  • Scientific degree with 10+ years in related sales, marketing and project management exp. with deep customer interaction, preferably in Life Science market & global environment
  • Track record in marketing and product development, proven success driving cross-functional projects demonstrating creative and innovative approaches.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity, collaborative and able to influence
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • Fluent in English
