Missions
Jointly with business stakeholders and regional teams define purchasing strategy for sourcing categories: POS furniture, fixtures and permanent displays as well as services connected with their installations and re-merch
Develop deep knowledge of the business needs, expectations, priorities and goals for relevant sourcing categories and anticipate new sourcing and future solutions
Accountable for the Purchasing budget process, as a collective action for the department: identify the initiatives, evaluate the savings in agreement with Finance and manage the regular savings follow up
Drive mid/long-term RFP for relevant categories in close link with business stakeholders and finance
Drive sustainability initiatives within L’Oréal for the Future program for Retail domain together with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Propose innovative and creative approach to our stakeholders such as new models, new organization and transformation (more than simply cost cutting)
Increase procurement processes simplification, drive cost and efficiency transparency to support L’Oréal strategic goals in cooperation with Retail teams
Build strong relationships with core suppliers by regular business reviews and specific events such as Supplier Days
Identify new services and valuable suppliers able to bring tangible value, innovation and competitive advantage for our business
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across all levels of organization locally and with region
Assure category procurement compliance to L’Oréal norms and standards
Profile
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Indirect procurement and preferably in POS Retail categories
Experience defining and implementing sourcing strategy on multiple categories
Experience and ownership of the sourcing budget process and accountability for delivery
Excellence in stakeholder management and strong business partnering skills in a complex, matricial and numerous network
Strong skills in negotiation and contract management
Experience in change management and oriented towards the users experience
Strong influencing skills and able to drive high level of confrontations
Strong commitment to sustainability
High level of economical sensitivity and value-in expectations for the company
Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
Endless curiosity and ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
Collaborative spirit is a must have (local, with other country, with Regional organization)
Confident use of both English and German languages
