Solution & Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Marine & Offshore / Technical Insulation, Ladenburg

Tasks

• You drive the development of innovative Marine & Offshore insulation solutions in close collaboration with customers, marketing, and local teams
• You analyse customer needs, markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• You translate requirements into technical specifications and work closely with R&D and production to develop high-performance systems
• You manage and contribute to test campaigns (e.g. fire, acoustic) and ensure compliance and certification with relevant bodies
• You support market development through trainings, product demos and marketing materials, and represent ISOVER at industry events
• You act as technical expert for customer enquiries and contribute to strengthening our market position and growth in Marine & Offshore

Profile

• You have a degree in engineering or a comparable technical field
• You bring experience in R&D or product development,
• You enjoy working at the interface between technology, product management, and customer needs
• You are able to translate complex requirements into practical and innovative solutions
• You communicate confidently in an international environment
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way
• You stand out with a hands-on mentality, curiosity, and strong ownership
