Your tasks

• Help shape the future: You lead highly motivated and diversified scrum team(s) as Product Owner for developing MEMS based software solutions
• Conscientious coordination: You work with Product Managers and Field Application Engineers to create, maintain, control and prioritize product backlog according to the business value, ROI and customer requests
• Observe, and think ahead: You are responsible for guiding and providing vision to the agile team(s) throughout the project
• Take responsibility: You plan, monitor and control cost, resources, schedule, quality, risk and procurement
• Networked communication: You will Communicate and aligning with all stakeholders on a regular basis

Your profile

• Personality: Initiative, flexible, self-driven, customer-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset
  
• Working Practice: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to lead cross-regional and multicultural teams, customer and general market understanding
• Experience and Knowledge: working experience as Product Owner or Project Manager for developing software solutions and previous working experience as a embedded software developer; in-depth know-how of agile principles and processes; knowledge in SW design, implementation and release methodology
• Education: Master degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• Languages: Proficient English language skills (C1); good German language skills beneficial
