Software Developer C++ (m/f), Lübeck

The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.

Tasks

• You will be coding solutions to enable vehicle interior monitoring systems with a new level of understanding, such as recognizing driver and passenger behavior while anticipating their needs before they have been expressed.
• \r\n\r\nYou will develop algorithms for image processing applications, utilizing self-organized maps and neural networks, running on embedded – robust, safe and fast.
• \r\nIn relation with the Product Technical Engineer / Leader / Manager of the related project(s):\r\n\r\n•
• Developing new software, and further developing our existing software\r\n
• Working in project teams to meet the schedule and satisfy our customers\r\n
• Participate and actively contribute in code reviews and clean code initiatives\r\n
• Work with software and test architects to develop standardized and testable software\r\n

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related technical discipline
• first dedicated prof. experience
