Missions

• Analyse the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
• Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
• Coach and support the site management and employees
• Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
• Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
• Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
• Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings
• Carry out accident enquiries

Profile

• Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in Health, Safety&Environment
• Minimum 3 years experience in a plant
• Established skills in HSE methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000…
• International mindset
• Relevant expertise according to the technologies of the Division
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
