Your Mission

• Be responsible for non-product and product related projects e.g. Innovations, COGS productivity in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Finance, C&P and the production plants
• Work with teams to find solutions for major issues and escalate main risks and issues on the project to impact innovation and productivity panels
• Be responsible for project reviews and stage gate requests in innovation and productivity panels
• Ensure compliance in Danone project management processes and availability of deliverables for the project
• Represent Operations in all product related cross-functional projects teams
• Deploy Danone improvement programs with suppliers and review progression in close cooperation with C&P
• Ensure delivery of ideas to more concrete plans while feeding the innovation and productivity pipelines using stage gate

Your Profile

• Master degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, logistics or in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in SCM, Industrial, Purchasing or R&I
• Sound knowledge of MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills and structured way of working
• Very good project management knowledge
• Decisive and proactive person with a strong team spirit
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
