Senior Account Manager (m/f), Puteaux

Tasks

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand client objectives and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to address their needs.
• Collaborate with service owners, finance, and other global teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and progress to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
• Be accountable for responding to customer requests by working with different areas (local, regional, and global levels), serving as a one-stop solution for clients.

Profil

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactivity and Innovation while proposing the plans, and strategic roadmap. As Allianz Technology we should be leading and have proactive solutions for our customers instead of being reactive.
• Excellent finance knowledge.
