Missions

• Manage and coordinate roadmap on his/her specific domain for the whole team (projects, retrofit, users training, workshops..) with objectives setting and management of priorities.
• Organize follow-up activity meeting and team communication. Promote group tools.
• Ensure the team members performs 2nd level end-user support at expected level.
• Ensure the team knows standard process( RFC, critical/urgent Transports, toolkits,…) and facilitates the establishment of priorities as well as the communication of decisions to the users community
• To follow up, promotes coherence and consistency of data by following KPIs on the domain supported.
• Prepare reporting for management.
• Implement FCS Support chain rules and contribute to improve the quality and efficiency of SAP support by team members
• Coordinate and ensure team member participate in the roll-out phase for the sites of his/her region
• Take in charge new collaborators –on boarding and organize training plan.

Profil

• Skills and Knowhow<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
• 3+ years overall experience in SAP, for the specific domain.
• Good business knowledge in automotive industry
• Good communication and expression skills in a international environment. Written and oral.
• Leader and management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
• Team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem
• International mindset, an overseas experience is a plus
• Mobility : 25% of the time
• Good level of English compulsory
