IT-Support Specialist (m/f/d), Grand-Est, France

Your area of activity

You will be responsible for the support of ERP and IT users of two plants. During the period of implantation of SAP Business One you will support the implementation team in terms of coordination and documentation.

Your tasks

• Consulting and support of IT infrastructure and SAP system
• Support on integration of ERP system SAP Business One
• Troubleshooting and support of ERP and IT users (hard- and software)
• Coordination with external service providers
• Cooperation with the holding company
• Management of projects in the assigned area
• Development of concepts and creation of documentations
• Processing requests and perform error analysis
• Improving processes

Your qualifications

• Education and training as IT specialist, information scientist or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of systems integration is a big plus
• Experience in support of ERP systems and management of project
• Professional experience in a responsible IT activity
• Knowledge for SAP Business One would be a plus
• Analytical way of working and interconnected thinking
• Project and process oriented, solution-orientated
• Well structured, responsible-minded, team orientated and communicative
• Operational readiness, persuasiveness and service driven
• Very good proficiency in French
• Good German and/or English skills
