Your tasks

• Leading a team of sales profesionnals
• Focus on growing and developing existing clients
• Identification of current needs and transformation in sales
• This job is very strategic because International growth is a massive challenge for this start up in 2018 & 2019

Your qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience in employment website / Online Career center
• You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus but not necessary
• Agile, entrepreneurial thinking
• Self-driven and high-energy spirit
