Missions

• Manage the Sales Engineers of the Audi Programs
• Develop and deploy a sales tactic for the Audi Programs in order to maximize the profit out of ECR, tooling, R&D or prototype etc. sales
• Sell and negotiate claims at the customer Audi
• Negotiate with the customer Audi to support the program sales engineers and to be the first level of escalation in program sales issues
• Ensure customer quotations at Audi Programs in the right quality and timing.
• Report agreed KPIs for program sales
• Handle relevant issues inside the Faurecia program management level
• Manage the customer payment plan during program phase and avoid overdues

Skills and competencies

• University Degree in engineering or economic science
• More than 3 years of experience in sales or program management
• Product knowledge in automotive seating
• Result and client orientated
• Skills of independent work inside an international matrix organization
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Management skills to lead a team
• Fluent in German and English
• International mindset and willingness to travel
• Strong analytical skills
