Tasks

• Develop and maintain customer relationships (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs)
• Prepare and create commercial offers
• Negotiate and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• Monitor product profitability and commercial productivity proposals
• Manage spare parts and serial production
• Act as Program Sales Leader within the program core team

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with an interest in developing a career in sales
• Experience in the automotive industry in an operational or commercial role.
• Sales experience min. 3 years in an industrial automotive environment
• Fluency in English and conversational local language skills are essential
• Proficiency in German is required
• Deep understanding of the client's business model, product landscape, and competitive environment to effectively position technical solutions and drive strategic value
• Accountable and result orientated team player with strong analytical skills
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills with a good understanding of financial KPIs
