Representative to the group CEO 

• Position based in Brussels

Tasks

Working in very close relation with our Group CEO in charge of Finance and Corporate functions, you will assist him with trust and loyalty intervening on various subjects relating to finance, legal and business administration:

• coordination and support on transverse and strategic projects and issues, 
• collaboration and support to the group financial communication
• participation in business acquisition and integration processes (audit, business plan,...),
• conduct business integration missions in France and abroad
• financial analysis and development of business plans
• preparation of documentation and meetings (governance, market operations,...)
• occasional internal control and internal audit missions 

You will guarantee a regular report to your management in order to ensure the reliability and the relevance of the provided information.

Profile

Holding a master's degree, you are accustomed to deal in international contexts especially with Germanophone and/or Anglophone culture and must speak fluent German and English.

You ideally have an initial experience of 2-3 years in a big four or a large international group and wish to develop your potential in a constantly evolving group.

Autonomous, dynamic and rigorous, you're recognized for your efficiency and your sense of responsibility, initiative and result. Your ability to analyze and summarize as well as your writing skills are unquestionable.

Organized and proactive, you have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and harmoniously with the members of the financial departments and the General Management.

The position is based in Brussels and requires frequent travels, especially in Germany.
