R&D Controller (m/w), Zug

Your new responsibilities

• Global controlling of an R&D segment (mainly reporting, analysing & reviewing, forecasting, planning)
• Controlling global R&D projects (focus on cost controlling and forecasting)
• Generating comprehensive monthly project reports covering all locations and projects of the R&D segments
• Counterpart of several business partners and stakeholders within as well as outside R&D around the globe (e.g. product and segment management)
• Driving and managing initiatives to improve current controlling processes and tools (e.g. controlling concept for agile development, pushing digitalisation of R&D controlling, value flow optimization)

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field from a university/university of applied sciences
• 3-6 years’ work experience in controlling after graduation, ideally in business or project controlling
• Experience in an international environment, preferably in industry
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP (FI/CO, SD), first-hand experience with business intelligence tools would be an asset (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
• Strong communicator, networker and team player
• Proactive, ambitious and analytical personality
• Proficiency in English, German is an advantage
