Tasks and accountabilities
- Work hand-in-hand with your colleagues on the issues of the aerospace sector and specific issues to our company
- Manage assigned projects independently and analyze trends, complex markets and processes to develop strategic and operational solutions to help Airbus maximize value creation
- Derive concrete recommendations for action, create presentations and communicate your recommendations to AMC management and your client
- Take leadership responsibility by acting as role model for assigned consultants and actively drive their individual personal development
- Serve as first point of contact for clients and the responsible project partner and be accountable for overall project success
- Build up close working relationship and network with clients to identify new business opportunities
- Work in a team of highly motivated and skilled colleagues in an international environment
- Act as trusted advisor for your client network
- Being an essential part of a fast growing, flat and agile organization you will take over additional roles and responsibilities such as supporting the proposal process from creation to negotiation, recruiting new colleagues or developing new portfolio elements.
Required skills
- Educated to a degree or MBA from a renowned business school
- Several years of experience at a top management consultancy, including experience and excellent performance as project manager
- Extensive consulting methodology know-how, knowledge of relevant industries, international work experience and professional network
- Excellent cognitive capabilities and the ambition to provide the best solutions for the clients’ challenges
- Team player with excellent communication (verbal/non-verbal), moderation, organizational and coaching capabilities
- High flexibility and willingness to travel as required in consulting business (four days/ week on client site)
- Negotiation level in English and one other Airbus core language (French, German, Spanish) is required, everything else is a plus
- Work experience in aerospace is a plus
