Head of construction - Hotel & Event Industry - German / French (m/f/d), Greater Cologne Area

What we count on you for - Your mission

• Project management for the opening of new locations (usually 1 project per year) in collaboration with the other departments on site and in the office
• Continuous and punctual maintenance of our historic buildings, ensuring safety requirements are met
• Regular exchange with the Project Managers of other countries

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

• Your background: you have experience as a site supervisor, site manager, project manager, or as an architect.
• Your language skills: You are fluent in German and French, both written and spoken. English is a plus.
• Your personality: you enjoy passing on your knowledge to your colleagues. You know how to manage a work rhythm that can be more or less intense depending on current projects and the seasons.
• Your mobility: you are willing to travel regularly to different sites (mostly in the same region)
