Project Engineer, Donauwörth

Tasks

• Supporting in project teams during the implementation of EPS principles in the assembly lines 
• Assisting in the deployment of EPS within the division
• Conducting and moderation of the corresponding LEAN training for the project team, and for employees involved in the transformation project (from production and production-supporting divisions)
• Work in close collaboration with the responsible EPS division manager, and the site's EPS LEAN expert
• Ensuring of the application of the EPS standards in accordance with the EPS documents, such as EPS manual and guidebooks

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in engineering, aviation and aerospace technology, production technology or master / technical training with many years of professional experience or equivalent
• Many years of professional experience in production and initial experience in quality and project management
• Expertise in the LEAN processes, methods and tools such as KAIZEN and value stream analysis, and experience in their implementation and application in production
• In-depth experience leading multicultural teams
• Excellent communication skills as well as analytical and structured working method
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP and CAD (basic knowledge) desirable
• German and English: fluent / negotiation level
