The main missions

Manage and develop team of Program SQ Engineers and SQ Assurance Engineers.

In program Phase :

  • Guaranty good execution of APQP to achieve SQ program performance.
  • Business partner of CBU’s and Program Purchasing.
  • Develop Lean Manufacturing skills inside Program SQ Team
  • Gives recommendations on technical choices to ensure the product/process robustness.
  • Manages progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers in collaboration with division Supplier Quality & Development

In series Phase :

  • Protect the cluster against Supplier Quality perturbation by pro-active actions at Suppliers shopfloor;
  • Guarantee safe launch and production phase for his/her cluster
  • Monitor Supplier Quality performance at cluster level ( Red list, ppm, received ppm , PF 4 )
  • Monitor the suppliers audits/workshops planning @ cluster level
  • Monitor the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the series buyers

Profile

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 5/10 years experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience in a Plant Quality and/or Manufacturing Enginneering.
  • Experience in Launch and/or Lean Manufacturing.

Skills and competencies:

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology
  • APQP process knowledge
  • Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Supplier audit process knowledge.
  • Fluent English
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization

Nice to have:

  • Product knowledge ( Mecatronic, steel transformation )
  • Processes knowledge ( Mecatronic, steel transformation)
