Program Quality Leader / PQL (m/f), Hagenbach

Missions

As a member of the Program Core Team, the PQL represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters. (S)he has to:

• Identify the initial Program Quality objectives (0 Km, Warranty and specific customer quality indicators) and ensure follow-up to achieve these objectives all along the program
• Assess the relevant risks and trigger internal alert if necessary
  
• Manage the Quality objectives and cascade them to internal and (through Advanced Supplier Quality) to external suppliers
  
• Ensure the use of the defined methods and quality standards
• Be the program internal expert for Faurecia Quality tools, e.g Problem solving methodology (QRCI)

Profile

• Master's or bachelor degree in engineering (mechanics, plastic industry etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry in a quality or similar position
• Knowledge and preferreable practical experience in quality related tools and methodologies (functional analysis, FMEA, Special Characteristics management, reliability, problem solving, variability reduction, etc.)
• Experience in working in projects and application of corresponding project management tools
• Experience in project quality with DAG and BMW interior projects with finalizing PPAP acc. to VDA
• willing to travel frequently
• good knowledge of German and English
• team player with good communication skills
• ability to work autonomously in international teams
