Essential responsibilities & duties

• Be involved from the acquisition phase to SOP +6months.
• Be the technical leader in the Core team and in front of the customer.
• Ensure technical coordination between the product and other process functions dedicated in technical team.
• Strongly participate in the basic design of the parts, taking feasibility manufacturing and site constraints into consideration.
• Validate the design regarding the customer contractual requirements.
• Participate in the technical meeting with customer and suppliers
• Ensure good in time convergence in term of quality, cost and schedule for Engineering
  
• Manage product/process modifications.
• Manage the respect of the budget: development hours, engineering change request, Scrap, and cycle times.
• Ensure the respect of the planning for technical activities
  
• Report the technical performance, hard point, action plans, and indicators on a monthly basis

Profile

• Minimum education level: Engineering degree
• Education domain: MechanicsPlastics Design
• 5 years of experience in Product Design, Process Engineering, Product Development and/or Program Manufacturing /
• Functional management experience.
• Knowledge of plastic processing technologies
• Design and mechanical resistance knowledge.
• Fluent in german and english
• Basic financial knowledge
• Capacity to lead complex projects and global teams
• Capacity to influence customers
• Capacity to prioritize and make decisions
• Customer negociation skills
