Tasks

  • Ensure supplier work package / data coordination and aircraft planning per entry into FAL
  • Prepare, coordinate and participate in ME-Unit meetings
  • Initiate, coordinate and support optimization measures in internal processes 
  • Coordinate supplier issues in FAL

  • New and serial planning of parts and components
  • Support the coordination of external suppliers and risk sharing partners
  • Propose measures to eliminate internal and external process disruption (e.g. project management)
  • Chose concepts, identify work problems and define mitigation action

  • Cost improvement (MFT multi-functional team member and consulting activities in different projects)
  • Take individual responsibility for all reporting activities
  • Build consistent and accurate production progress view (OSW, number of hours, folio points, quality gates, etc.)
  • Monitor and control all relevant data
  • Build reports and statistics
  • dEnsure quality of the data used
  • Support the analysis of production concepts, prepare for budget, resource and capital expenditure (CAPEX) to communicate with finance department
  • Support the definition of cost improvement actions
  • Identify actions to improve overall production situation (cost, time, quality)

  • Disposal / Steering
  • Perform supplier-related progress monitoring
  • Monitor and control OSW inflow and burn down during FAL process
  • Perform / coordinate Folio Management
  • Parts availability management
  • Schedule tracking and steering

Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • You hold a 3 year degree in Business Engineering with industrial management skills.
  • Experience in any Airbus Final Assembly Line would be an advantage. You have already followed and implemented key performance indicators.
  • Ability to ensure accurate, complete and timely communication
  • You are rigorous and focused when identifying data quality issues and setting-up/drumbeating convergent action plans.
  • A fluent level in English and good French and / or German language skills are required for this position.
