Missions
- Design new insurance and service concepts based on a clear value proposition (customer experience, process)
- Assume end to end responsibility for the development and maintenance of the Product and related Services (i.e., Emergency Call or Breakdown Call), drive the ideation, concept development, requirements definition and key decisions forming the product
- Define Product features into an overall roadmap together with Allianz Group functions and Allianz local Operating Entities
- Manage implementation projects, working with stakeholders along the entire delivery chain and across geographies to ensure ongoing improvements of the Product
- Research innovation trends & competitor offerings, drive market surveys & market research on the latest innovations related to the industry
- Conceptualize and prepare top management communications, including board decision meetings, sales pitches and strategy documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Management
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written English required, proficient German and/or French as additional foreign language skills are advantageous
Experience and Skills
- At least 4-6 years of project management and/or management consulting experience in the areas of product or service development
- Functional knowledge of assistance and/or automotive business are advantageous (e.g. OEM connected car, eCall, IoT or telematics technology etc.)
- Strong interest for innovation and digital product development
- Excellent capacity of synthesis and ability to effectively report to top management
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Maintaining order in a fast changing environment concerning variations of service implementations, different development cycles and internationally divergent solutions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
- Self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to handle complex projects, competing priorities, anticipate requirements and possible obstacles
