Missions

• In his/her field of expertise, and through plant, project or generic processes, the Process Specialist will:
• Manage Silencer & Valve activities within the Process Specialist department
• Support process development and improvement, and validate product definitions
• Ensure development and deployment of process standards, design checklist and guidelines, best practices
• Support projects, plants and suppliers for process issues
• Maintain a tooling and equipment database
• Support and deploy innovations and generics
• Lead special projects and assure a successful deployment

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry
• Proven technical skills on process and product, in his/her field of competencies, in welding (Mig/Tig, Laser, Brazing, robot programming) or assembly (joint definition, process functional analysis)
• Additional knowledge in mechanical construction and programming will be appreciate
• Project Management Skills, trained in Automotive Excellence Systems
• Strong communication skills, ability to structure and capitalize know-how
• Networking capabilities, ability to work in a matrix organization
• International mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by missions
• Minimum bilingual, English required
