The main missions

• Represent customer requirements internally
• Competent contact for the customer in all quality issues in order to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Define Plant Quality objectives, monitor progress and drive of continuous improvement
• Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System (FES)
• Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization
• Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
• Plan and assure the Quality
• Management and development of suppliers
• Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance
• Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Hands-on-mentality
• Solid knowledge of Quality in Production
• Trained as quality manager and qualification in the automotive industry (IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3, product safety)
• Process orientation and analytical thinking
• Communication skills
• Customer relationship experience
• Your strengths are working independently and goal-oriented
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
