Missions

• Cooperate with the plant engineer and assist plant manager in evaluating and achieving plant performance goals related to capacity, operability/reliability, economy, quality, safety, and environment
• Coordination of the PCT-maintenance and inspection activities in the plant (optimization of necessary down time and research purposes)
• Take responsibility (technical, budget, timeline) for the planning and execution of PCT projects
• Negotiate PCT service agreements together with our purchase department with external suppliers
• Take responsibility for identifying, evaluating and developing process control modifications and realize good practice in the plant
• Comply with local technical and legal rules as well as with company policies, statutes and operational excellence practices
• Take responsibility for creating and maintaining plant technical documentation (e.g. single line diagram, motor list, instrumentation list, and DCS configuration) and act as a BCS representative in working group of the Industrial Park Höchst
• Take responsibility for continuous improvement inside the plant for electrical and instrumentation matters, implement best practices

Profile

• Technical university degree in applied science
• Profound experience in engineering and maintenance
• Well-founded written and spoken communication skills
• Experience in dealing with different cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating as well as ability to work within a team with
• different educational background
• First experience in project management and process control concepts
• Funded SAP-knowledge in different modules PM, PS, MM and IMT
• Ability to work in a complex environment and under timer pressure in a reliable, accurate and flexible way
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
