Tasks

• As the Site Controlling Lead in Semoy and part of a global team you will manage all areas of financial responsibility, including but not limited to financial reporting and forecasting, operations analysis, resource allocation, business cases, capital expenditure planning, controlling and compliance for our Pharma Manufacturing Site in Semoy, close to Orléans in France.
• You will act as the controlling business partner, becoming an integral part of the site leadership team. Your role will be pivotal in supporting business decision-making through fact-based analyses and recommendations on a variety of strategic and operational matters.
• Additionally, you will drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency within the financial function by continuously improving and implementing standard financial processes and practices across the organization.
• The position is located in Semoy (close to Orléans)

Profile

• Curious mind with can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in a business-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing controlling, preferably in Pharma Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge on product costing
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, comfortable to challenge senior business partners and capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives by applying strong communication skills.
• Advanced usage of SAP, TM1, MCloud and SAP BI
• Proficient in MS Office (e. g. Excel and Power Point, Power BI Knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent in Business English, French language skills would be a plus
