Missions
- Lead redesign/enhancement of Trade Terms for both cluster markets France & Switzerland (to improve alignment with strategic sales objectives and to deliver sustainable growth based on pay-for-performance and further embedding sustainability elements)
- Develop strategic pricing frameworks for both cluster markets
- Conceptually design & continuously enhance Swiss Sales Steering Framework & KPIs and oversee analytical implementation in Tableau
- Advise Swiss Business Account Managers in portfolio analysis, promotional analysis and investment decisions for key customers
- Deliver effective presentations to communicate insights, value opportunities and recommendations to senior leaders (i.e., Head of Sales, Category Heads, CDH, Cluster Head), building on strong understanding of Consumer Health business model & value levers, trends, channel / competitive dynamics and consumer drivers
- Liaise with Global NRM team to track opportunity realization and value delivery; share & learn best practices between global and markets
- Further fostering digital & ROI mindset within the commercial team
Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Analytics in a commercial business role required (e.g. pricing, marketing, sales or business development)
- Strong analytical background with proven track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with quantitative and analytical tools including Excel – Tableau or Power BI would be a plus; strong financial modelling skills required
- Ability to manage and drive complex analytics, manipulation of large amounts of data; familiar and able to work with secondary data (e.g. IQVIA)
- Innovative and self-driven attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. German & French would be a plus
